Mylar “was originally a product name for DuPont’s polyester film, and has now become a common term for this type of high barrier aluminum foil bag. Our Mylar bag adopts a PET/AL/PE three-layer structure: the PET layer provides strength and printability; The aluminum foil layer is the barrier core, and the oxygen transmission rate (OTR) can be as low as 0.5 cm ³/(㎡· 24h · atm) or less, almost completely isolating oxygen; The PE layer is responsible for heat sealing and sealing. This structure allows the products inside the bag to be safely stored for 5-10 years or even longer when combined with oxygen absorbents. Bag types include flat pockets, organ bags (side organ/bottom organ), and standing bags. For scenarios that require repeated opening, we offer zipper options; For emergency food reserves, it is recommended to use zipperless, pure heat sealed products, in conjunction with a sealing machine.
