Material structure customization: Based on the shelf life requirements and physical properties of the product, we can design composite structures with 2 to 5 layers or more. For example, PET/AL/PE (high barrier), NY/PE (puncture resistant), PET/PE (basic moisture-proof), all PE single material (recyclable), paper/AL/PE (kraft paper appearance+high barrier), etc.
Customization of size specifications: Whether you need extremely small 20mm x 30mm sample bags or large 1000mm wide roll films, we can produce them according to your needs. Bag types include three sided sealed, self-supporting bag, zipper bag, eight sided sealed, accordion bag, flat bottom bag, etc.
Printing customization: supports digital printing (small batch, variable data, no plate fee), gravure printing (large batch, color saturation, low cost per piece), and flexographic printing (environmentally friendly, suitable for large-area base color). Up to 12 colors can be printed, with a printing accuracy of ± 0.1mm.
Function customization: Multiple functional features can be integrated, including but not limited to: reusable sealing zipper, one-way exhaust valve, transparent window, easy to tear opening (laser or die-cutting), hanging hole, handle, anti-counterfeiting label, QR code, variable data spray code.
