Suction nozzle bag is an innovative packaging form that combines the lightweight of a flexible standing bag with the convenient pouring/drinking function of a rigid bottle mouth. The bag is equipped with an injection molded plastic spout and lid, allowing the product to be poured out accurately or consumed directly without the need to cut open or tilt the bag.

The core components of a nozzle bag are the nozzle and lid. The suction nozzle is fixed on the bag body through heat sealing technology, firmly connected and leak proof. There are various types of caps, including regular screw caps, flip caps, sport bottle caps (push-pull), and child safety caps. The bag body is usually designed as a self-supporting bag, which can still stand stably on the shelf after being equipped with a suction nozzle. In terms of materials, depending on whether the product requires high-temperature sterilization, we offer two types: ordinary grade (room temperature filling) and steaming grade (121 ℃ high temperature resistance). Steaming grade suction nozzle bags can be directly placed in sterilization kettles for post sterilization, achieving a long shelf life at normal temperatures. They are a common choice for baby food and pet wet food. Compared to traditional plastic bottles, nozzle bags can save more than 50% of materials and storage space, while reducing transportation costs.
