This packaging bag adopts a multi-layer composite structure, usually including an outer printed layer, a middle barrier layer (aluminum foil or EVOH), and an inner heat sealing layer. One of the key features is the built-in one-way exhaust valve – for freshly roasted coffee beans, this valve allows for the natural release of carbon dioxide while preventing external oxygen from entering, preventing oxidation and flavor loss. For tea, valve options are optional, with a focus on high barrier materials to lock in volatile aromatic oils in the tea.
